The boundary
- Google Drive is the first supported storage surface.
- The final limit on memory domains and guided-session length will be stated before booking.
- Large knowledge-base migration, custom app integrations, bespoke skill development and enterprise access-control work are not included.
- Only agent/runtime combinations marked Verified for the release can be promised.
Intake
The intake asks about the work you want remembered, the agents you use, what must remain private, and what a successful setup should do. It does not ask for passwords, recovery codes or unrestricted account access. Setup enquiries can be sent to [email protected].
Service refunds
Personal Setup may be fully refunded before work begins. After work starts, any refund will fairly account for the work already delivered and refund undelivered work. This service is scoped and paid separately from self-serve Managed Payments purchases.
Team Pilot: enquiry only
Team pilots start at $750 and are scoped after a short qualification conversation. They are intended for small research or professional groups that need shared canonical knowledge, ownership rules and handoffs. Migration, governance, security review and custom adapters are quoted separately. Written scope, payment, cancellation and refund terms are agreed before payment.
