Products and payment paths
Twenty QM Memory copies at $39 and twenty QM Memory + Skills copies at $69 are planned for Stripe Managed Payments Checkout, subject to Stripe approval and end-to-end testing. Five Personal Setup slots at $199 and enquiry-only Team Pilots use separate scoped service terms and payment flows. No third-party checkout code runs in this site's pages.
What every download will include
A one-time downloadable, user-owned package with no Query me account, login or subscription. Delivery will arrive by email within one business day as a short-lived per-order link to an immutable versioned archive, release manifest and SHA-256 checksum. The Skills edition will contain only cleared optional files.
Support and refunds
Self-serve editions include fourteen days of limited delivery and installation support. A full refund may be requested before delivery; after delivery, refunds or replacements cover non-delivery, corrupt or materially incomplete files, material description mismatch, or an unresolved reproducible issue on a stated supported configuration. Required consumer rights still apply.
Activation boundary
Checkout will remain unavailable until Stripe activates the account and the complete payment, receipt, delivery and refund path passes an end-to-end rehearsal. Compatibility claims remain limited to combinations tested against the exact release.
