Support boundary

Clear help boundaries, before there is a problem.

Contact: TAG Labs LLC d/b/a Query me at support@queryme.app. The site does not currently take payments. The free bootstrap has no setup or compatibility support. Starter is an AI-guided self-setup package, not one-on-one installation; its bounded support/update window will be stated before checkout opens.

What each offer includes

Free Query me bootstrap: A minimal DIY reference. It comes without installation, compatibility, account, or workflow support. You choose how to modify and use it under its included license.
Query me Starter: A $19 one-time digital package for AI-guided self-setup. Standard delivery does not include a consultation, account access, custom migration, or one-on-one installation.
QMDrive and QMForge: In development. There is no customer support because there is no customer release, pilot, or deployment.

Safe support request

For a delivered Starter package, send only the minimum information needed to describe the problem:

The agreed setup scope and delivery version.
The storage and assistant configuration involved.
The exact step that failed and the error text.
Whether a clean retry changed the result.
A redacted screenshot only if words are insufficient.

Never send: passwords, sign-in links, API keys, browser cookies, recovery codes, payment details, complete Drive exports, or private memory files. Query me will not ask to take over a personal account.

Cancellation and remedies

Before the digital delivery is sent, an order may be cancelled and refunded. After delivery, contact support if the package was not delivered, is materially incomplete or corrupt, differs materially from the product description, or shows an unresolved reproducible issue on a stated supported configuration. We will review the record and, where appropriate, correct, replace, or refund the affected delivery. Required consumer rights always apply.

What support cannot do

Support cannot guarantee an external AI product, connector, permission model or future feature. It cannot run a team deployment, operate a hosted memory service, undertake a broad migration, or recover data from an account that you do not control. QMDrive and QMForge claims will be supported only after those products have a validated customer release.

Security reports

Report a suspected vulnerability privately to security@queryme.app. Do not include credentials, private memory contents or customer data in an initial report. The machine-readable contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt.
