The free Query me bootstrap is deliberately minimal and lives in its own repository. Query me Starter is the $19 one-time package for AI-guided self-setup. QMDrive and QMForge are development work, not products that can be purchased, trialed, or deployed today. Checkout remains disabled.
What is available now
- Free Query me bootstrap: a short guide, blank user-owned skeleton, minimal rules, deterministic manifest, and no support or compatibility guarantee.
- Query me Starter: a $19 one-time digital package for AI-guided self-setup; checkout remains disabled pending operational rehearsal.
- Plain-language terms, support boundaries, and evidence limits rather than a promise of universal compatibility.
Current boundaries
The free bootstrap does not install an app or connect an assistant. Starter does not promise an untested assistant, plan, or connector, and does not include one-on-one installation. Optional skills are not included in either current offer. Team and shared-memory deployment remains out of scope. The historical qmx.py executable remains excluded because its required byte-exact source is not currently available.
What a product update means
Updates may change the free bootstrap, Starter package, compatibility records, verification, or recovery guidance. They do not silently take ownership of a person’s live memory. Material changes to the paid offer must be stated before payment and delivery.
Development gates
QMDrive will not be marketed as a local acceleration or customer-ready deployment until a clean, measured fast path exists. QMForge will not be offered for shared or team memory until permission-aware retrieval, explicit promotion, provenance, audit and cross-contamination controls have been validated. Any future checkout also needs a rehearsed payment, receipt, delivery and refund path.
