Licence and purchase terms

Seller: Tomas Garcia, sole proprietor, operating Query me. Contact [email protected]. Checkout is temporarily unavailable; these published terms will govern a purchase when presented and accepted at checkout.

1. What is being licensed

Query me is a one-time downloadable memory and workflow architecture: files, templates, setup instructions and, where included, cleared optional skills. It is not a hosted service and has no Query me user account, login or subscription. Buying it grants a licence to use the delivered package; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the installer.

2. Licence by edition

QM Memory — $39: Personal use by one purchaser. It may be installed for that purchaser’s own memory system and used with their own supported AI accounts.
QM Memory + Skills — $69: Personal or internal commercial use by one purchaser or their single business. The selected included skills do not change the licence or price.
QM Personal Setup — $199: Includes the QM Memory + Skills licence plus the bounded guided setup described on the setup page.
QM Team Pilot — from $750: Internal commercial use only within the team and scope named in the pilot agreement. Material integration or migration work is quoted separately.

3. The rule shared by every edition

You may not redistribute, resell, publish, share or provide the installer or its licensed files to another person or organization. A buyer may keep reasonable private backups and may edit their installed live memory for their own use.

4. Your information remains yours

The licence does not give Query me ownership of the facts, documents or other content you place in your own memory folder. Your use of Google Drive and each connected AI service remains subject to those providers’ terms.

5. Compatibility and changes

AI products and connectors change. Only combinations named as Verified for the exact release are represented as tested. A purchase does not include automatic updates, ongoing development or indefinite support unless the offer expressly says otherwise. Universal compatibility and uninterrupted operation are not promised.

6. Delivery

After confirmed payment for QM Memory or QM Memory + Skills, the exact purchased version will be emailed within one business day using a short-lived, per-order download link. Delivery includes an immutable versioned archive and its SHA-256 checksum. The buyer is responsible for downloading and keeping a private backup before the link expires.

7. Support and refunds for self-serve editions

QM Memory and QM Memory + Skills include fourteen days of limited initial delivery and installation support. This support period is not a fourteen-day no-questions-asked refund window.

A full refund may be requested before the delivery email is sent. After delivery, the purchase is generally non-refundable because the digital copy cannot be returned or revoked. Query me will refund or replace an order for non-delivery, materially incomplete or corrupt files, a material mismatch from the product description, or a reproducible issue on a stated supported configuration that is not resolved within fourteen days.

Required consumer rights are not limited by this policy. Founding customers may receive additional case-by-case goodwill, but that discretion is not a universal refund promise. Stripe Managed Payments and Link may make transaction or refund decisions under their own terms; this policy does not bind them.

8. Service refunds

QM Personal Setup may be fully refunded before work begins. After work starts, any refund will fairly account for work already delivered and refund undelivered work. Every Team Pilot requires a written scope, payment schedule and cancellation terms before payment.

9. Risk

Query me is locally installed software whose operation depends on the buyer’s storage, permissions, device and connected AI services. Buyers remain responsible for reviewing permissions, keeping backups and deciding what information they expose to connected services. Compatibility is limited to the combinations identified for the purchased release.

10. Seller and contact

Query me is operated by Tomas Garcia as a sole proprietor. Purchase, delivery, privacy and support questions can be sent to [email protected]. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow the seller to exclude.
