The free bootstrap is a deliberately minimal reference: a short guide, a blank user-owned folder skeleton, and a few proven rules for pointing an agent skill at your Google Drive root. It is not Query me Starter or a recipe for rebuilding QMDrive or QMForge.

Use a few proven rules
Start with exact-file routing, bounded reads, and user-owned plain files. Extend the structure yourself as your needs become clear.
Keep the rest DIY
The repository intentionally omits proprietary maintenance algorithms, automation, product internals, and comprehensive architecture guidance.
Minimal does not mean automatic.
The bootstrap does not connect an assistant by itself and includes no compatibility guarantee or support commitment. You create or adapt the agent skill, choose permissions, and design the rest of the system.
