The privacy boundary, in plain language

Query me does not run a memory server. Your live memory is created in a folder in storage you control. That is a meaningful boundary, but it does not make the connected services disappear.

This website

The current site is static. It has no account system, forms, cookies, analytics or client-side JavaScript. It does not collect information from visitors through code written for the site. Hosted checkout and optional measurement will not be enabled until their exact data flows are documented here.

Your Query me folder

The founding configuration uses Google Drive. Query me is instructed to work inside the designated folder rather than sweep the rest of Drive. You can inspect, correct, back up, move or delete the files. Setup includes written privacy exclusions for information that should not enter memory.

The services you connect

Google Drive, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini process information under their own accounts, permissions and terms. Query me organizes how those tools reach the designated memory; it does not replace their privacy controls or prevent a service from processing information you send to it.

Checkout and delivery

Stripe Managed Payments is intended to process payment, tax and receipt information as merchant of record for eligible self-serve digital editions, subject to approval. Query me remains responsible for product fulfillment. Separately scoped services use standard Stripe or invoicing and are not sold through Managed Payments. This site redirects to hosted checkout instead of loading checkout scripts into its pages. Stripe processes information under its privacy policy.

For self-serve fulfillment, Query me will retain only the minimum evidence needed to deliver and support the order: order ID, purchased product and version, delivery time, and a link-access event when available. The delivered package is not tied to a Query me account and cannot be remotely revoked.

Support

If you contact [email protected], the information you choose to send will be used to diagnose and answer that request. The support flow will ask for versions, file names and error text—not credentials, private memory contents, full Drive exports, recovery codes or API tokens. Retention and choices

Minimum order and fulfillment records may be retained for up to seven years for accounting, tax, dispute and legal obligations. Link-access events, when available, are retained for up to ninety days. Routine support correspondence is retained for up to two years after the last contact; security reports may be retained longer when needed to investigate or prevent harm. Records may be kept longer while a dispute or legal obligation is active.

Request access, correction or deletion at [email protected]. A request may be limited where records must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. The site currently uses no analytics, advertising cookies or client-side tracking.
